Registration Terms and Conditions for Online & Offline Courses:
• Once you take admission AIEM will take 7 to 10 days’ time to start your classes
• Counsellors will provide you with available class slots at the time of your admission. You need to choose from the given time slot. In case you need some different time slot in that case you need to wait for the slot to start according to that your Counsellor will Inform you.
• Without providing any prior notice you cannot stop coming to class. If you are absent for 3 days, then AIEM would not be liable to give you any back up class.
• If you are absent for more than 7 days without any notification you would be considered as dropout.
• If you are paying your fees in instalment, then you need to pay your instalments on given date provided to you while taking admission. AIEM Management will not allow to attend your classes if you are failing to pay the fees on time.
• After Finishing of the course, you will get your certificate only when you clear all your exams and that would be also verified by AIEM Management.
• You need to attend your classes on daily basis.
• Any communication you need to do regarding your classes should be emailed we will not entertain any verbal communication or WhatsApp messaging.
• AIEM will not refund your fees in any circumstances if you discontinue with your classes, or you don’t want to do the course.
• Any conflict will be subject to Calcutta Jurisdiction only.
• If any students have not cleared their payments, they can’t sit for the exams and will not receive their certificates.
• Guardians' NOC is compulsory at the time of admission.
